We retain data as follows:

Promotional Email Lists – Retained until the user unsubscribes.
Diagnostic & Analytics Data – Retained for 1 year for analytics and service improvement.
Data Backup & Deletion
Adalo does not provide automatic backups, meaning deleted data cannot be recovered.
If a user requests data deletion, we will delete personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Residual data may persist in logs for security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
5. Security Measures
We implement security measures to protect user data:
Encryption in transit (Data is secured when transmitted between client and server).
Hashed password storage (To prevent unauthorized access).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using DishCount (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App. DishCount reserves the right to update these Terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You must be of legal age in Canada to create an account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities associated with your account.

DishCount reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform, at our sole discretion.
3. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUNDS
DishCount offers both free and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled within the app before the next billing cycle.
Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is current and accurate.
No refunds will be provided except as required by applicable Canadian law.
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, their account will be suspended until the issue is resolved. DishCount reserves the right to permanently ban users who engage in repeated chargebacks.
4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS
DishCount reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service at any time without liability.
Users will be notified via email of significant changes that may affect their access or subscriptions.
While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for technical failures, system downtime, or third-party disruptions that impact the availability of the App.
5. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must not:
Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to misusing discounts or creating multiple accounts to exploit offers.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the DishCount platform.
Use DishCount for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including any activity that violates local, provincial, or federal laws.
Post, transmit, or distribute any offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.
We reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate these policies, without prior notice.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
DishCount uses third-party services such as Adalo and EmailOctopus to operate the platform and send communications. The App includes a feature linking to external DoorDash online ordering websites for specific restaurants.
These links are provided solely for user convenience. DishCount is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of these third-party websites.
By using this feature, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of DoorDash and acknowledge that DishCount has no control over or involvement in your interaction with DoorDash services.
We disclaim all liability for third-party data handling, security breaches, or service interruptions.

Any disputes must first go through mandatory arbitration before legal action can be taken.

No refunds will be issued for terminations unless legally required.
